I have had 4-6 rooms for the last 3 months while we complete a construction project. Beds are new, housekeeping does a great job, owners are friendly and treat you like family! Highly recommend this motel!
Was a good place to crash for the night in a rush at last minute. You have the basics, tv bathroom bed. There was no working clock in our room. Very clean on the other hand. Had a small mini fridge so just basic items. Overall it again is a very beautiful little motel if needing to crash for rest. Very friendly staff.
Have a lovely stay rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a nice view of the river. The owner was super nice and friendly. We were visiting from New York would definitely stay here again .
Clean, simple & cozy with a beautiful river view, especially at sunset. Very friendly owner, accommodating our travel needs after being in the Baxter backcountry. We arrived after hours, so called the owner and she'd left the room unlocked. An easy arrival, plus she fired up the pizza oven even though they don't typically cook on Sun/Mon. Yum! FYI the Superette next door has local beer to go with your pizza :) Simple room: cable TV, fridge, microwave, hangers, and spare blanket/pillows. A/C and heat. About $64/night for single room. I recommend a visit!
Just came up here from CT and needed a clean, reasonably priced place to stay for at least a week while I wait for a house to close. You just can't beat this place! Room looks so good, it looks staged! Beautiful hardwood floors, freshly painted, really comfortable bed, clean bathroom and everything works great! Now add the facts that they allow pets, its quiet and at $350/week? Outstanding deal! See Michelle! She's awesome too! Highly recommend!
Great little motel! We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Baxter State Park. Super friendly owners and staff. Rooms are updated, clean, and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. There is a nice little spot down by the river where you can see the sunset. If you are staying in the area, this is the place!
I have stayed at the Rivers Edge Motel since last Wednesday this will be my fifth night I am up here snowmobiling. Room and area are excellent location. Rooms are very nice and Priced Right. This is an excellent spot on the trails not as busy as Millinocket. Plus it is right off the highway. Would recommend this Motel to anyone

Center of a small town located close to Baxter State Park and other great Fishing and hunting areas. The owners Mike and Michelle are so kind and friendly. Nothing beats private owners, they take so much pride in their property. It's safe, well lit and housekeeping is great. This is the Best place to stay when you are in need of a good night's rest.
